Sales Terms

The owner of the Yourshelf.eu online store (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Lennarti OÜ (registration number 12133539), Kallaste tn. 6, Tabasalu Harku parish, Harjumaa 76901.

Validity of the sales contract, goods, and price information.<\/strong>

The sales terms apply to the purchase of goods from the online store. <br\/><br\/>The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price.<br\/><br\/>The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery.<br\/><br\/>The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order.<br\/><br\/>Information about the products is provided directly next to the products in the online store.

Placing an order<\/strong>

When you want to order a product, add the desired product to the shopping cart and select the preferred delivery method. There is no delivery fee if you pick up the product yourself from Kallaste keskus 6, Tabasalu. After this, the amount of the payment will be shown, which you can pay via bank transfer or another payment method. To place an order, fill in the required information, choose a payment method, and submit the order.<br\/><br\/>We will check the product you ordered and, if necessary, clarify the details of the attachment, installation, color shade, and any other questions with you.<br\/><br\/>Once the details have been agreed upon, the completion of the order will take a maximum of 6 weeks. In exceptional cases, the deadline may be longer.<br\/><br\/>If the ordered product cannot be manufactured, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the paid money (including delivery costs) usually within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method, receiving the payment may take up to 7 working days.

Delivery to the address<\/strong>

We deliver to Estonia and Finland, and to other EU countries by agreement.<br\/><br\/>The buyer pays the delivery costs, and the corresponding price information is visible next to the delivery method. <br\/>We will inform you when the product is ready for delivery, and once you have paid the total amount of the order, we will send the product via a courier service or you can pick it up from our warehouse.<br\/><br\/>In Estonia, the shipment usually arrives at your destination within 5 working days from the completion of the product and the final payment.<br\/><br\/>In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the product within 30 calendar days.<br\/><br\/>If the online store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery issues and a deadline longer than 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the online store will apply.

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>

The right of return applies only to standard-sized products purchased from the online store.<br\/><br\/>Products with special dimensions specified by the customer cannot be returned.<br\/><br\/>The returned product must be unused and properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.<br\/><br\/>The money paid for the returned product will be refunded to your bank account within 14 working days from the arrival of the product at our warehouse. The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer. The money-back guarantee is valid only for products ordered through the online store.<br\/><br\/>If you have inspected the product before purchasing and it complies with the manufacturer’s conditions, the money-back guarantee is not valid.<br\/><br\/>If the product is defective, please notify us by email at riiul@lennart.ee<\/a> or call +372 5044000.<\/a><br\/><br\/>If the defect is technological, you can request a repair of the product, and if repair is impossible or ineffective, you can request a replacement of the product. If the product can be repaired, a replacement cannot be demanded as it would incur unreasonable costs for the seller. The buyer can only demand a refund if replacement within a reasonable time has not proven possible due to the lack of a suitable product (LOA, Chapter 11, § 222 (1)). <br\/><br\/>The costs arising from the return of the product are borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective product). The buyer must return the product within 14 days from the date of the application or provide proof that they have handed over the product to the carrier within the aforementioned time.<br\/><br\/>(When the online store has received the returned product, it will immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.<br\/><br\/>The online store may refuse to pay refunds until it has received the return of the product that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has proven that they have returned the product, depending on which date is earlier.<br\/><br\/>The online store has the right to cancel the sale and demand the return of the product from the buyer if the price of the product in the online store has been marked significantly lower than the market price of the product due to an error.<br\/><br\/>The online store is not responsible for errors that occur after the delivery of the product due to the buyer’s actions (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or as a result of normal wear and tear from the normal use of the product.<br\/><br\/>(If there are defects in a product purchased from the online store for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective product. If it is not possible to repair or replace the product, the online store will refund the buyer all payments made under the sales contract.)

Warranty

We offer a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on Lennart shelves because:

1. The shelves are made of solid wood, which, unlike compressed boards, lasts for decades.
2. The shelf boards are made of strong 20 mm solid wood, which is reinforced with shelf supports and can withstand heavy loads.
3. Solid wood finished with natural oil has been used in furniture making for centuries, and it lasts!

The warranty starts the day after the product is delivered to the buyer. The warranty is valid provided that the product has been installed according to the installation instructions, has been used for its intended purpose, and has been maintained according to the maintenance instructions. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the product or changes in the wood’s pattern and color over time, such as fading.

The warranty also does not cover the following cases:

1. if the buyer has repaired or modified the product during the warranty period.
2. if the buyer has altered or modified the product or if the product has been damaged due to improper handling, storage, or transportation.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has a complaint regarding the online store, they should send it by email to riiul@lennart.ee or call the number +372 5044000.

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the agreement between the buyer and the online store. The investigation of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
